Before you write

Most questions are already answered on the site. How to Use explains how alerts work and shows worked examples. FAQ covers setup problems on Windows, Android and iPhone — if an alert did not reach you, the checklist under "My alert didn't fire" solves most cases.

If an alert did not work

Please include as much of this as you can — it usually decides whether the answer takes one reply or five:

  • symbol and timeframe (for example XAUUSD, M15)
  • the date and time in UTC when you expected the alert
  • alert type — touch or candle close
  • notification channel — Telegram or browser push
  • device and browser (for example Android with Chrome, or Windows 11 with Edge)
  • whether the Test button in the Channels window reaches you

A screenshot of the chart with your line on it helps a lot.

Response time

One person runs this site, so replies usually take up to two business days, and longer over weekends and holidays. If a week passes with no answer, it is worth sending the message again — it may not have arrived.

What we cannot help with

  • Trading advice. We do not tell anyone what to buy or sell, or where to place a line. See our Risk Disclosure.
  • Broker accounts. Deposits, withdrawals, verification, spreads and anything else about your trading account is handled by your broker's own support, not by us.
  • Price differences. Our prices are indicative and can differ from your broker's. Risk Disclosure explains why.
